A Post-16 Programme

As a post-16 programme, BTEC tuition gives students who wish to gain considerable freedom in their education the opportunity to display their creative talents while developing their practical skills and knowledge base. Course requirements include ongoing assessments with no end-of-year examinations, ensuring BTEC participants remain engaged throughout their study.

The vocational learning style of BTEC education is different from more traditional routes. Students can work with others; group interaction is often a requirement of the syllabus, and understanding may be demonstrated in collaborative or individual projects and portfolio work.
